1 Le Département fédéral de l’intérieur actualise en permanence l’annexe 1, après avoir consulté le Département fédéral de justice et police, le Département fédéral des finances et le Département fédéral des affaires étrangères.
2 Il actualise l’annexe 2 selon les connaissances scientifiques actuelles et après avoir consulté la Commission fédérale pour les vaccinations.
3 Il actualise l’annexe 2a selon les connaissances scientifiques actuelles.57

1 The Federal Department of Home Affairs shall update Annex 1 continuously in consultation with the Federal Department of Justice and Police, the Federal Department of Finance and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.
2 It shall update Annex 2 in accordance with the latest scientific knowledge and in consultation with the Federal Commission for Vaccination.
3 It shall update Annex 2a in accordance with the latest scientific knowledge.57
