1 Les détenteurs d’établissements exploitant des installations visées à l’annexe 1 doivent conserver les enregistrements des données dont sont tirées les informations figurant dans les notifications durant cinq ans à compter de la notification. Ces enregistrements doivent également indiquer les méthodes utilisées pour obtenir les données.
2 Les enregistrements doivent être mis à la disposition des autorités si elles en font la demande.
1 The owners or operators of facilities with installations in accordance with Annex 1 must retain the collections of data from which the information submitted is derived for a period of five years following the report of the information. These collections must also contain details of the methods of recording the data.
2 The collections must be made available to the authorities on request.
