1 L’organe de réception des notifications confirme au fabricant ou au représentant exclusif la date de réception de la notification ou de la déclaration.
2 Si le dossier de notification ou de déclaration ne présente pas de lacunes manifestes, l’organe de réception des notifications le transmet aux organes d’évaluation.
1 The Notification Authority shall confirm to the manufacturer or the only representative the date on which the notification or declaration was received.
2 If the documents are not obviously incomplete, the Notification Authority shall forward them to the assessment authorities.
