1 L’OFSP peut procéder en tout temps à des inspections, et consulter l’ensemble des documents et des données qui concernent un essai clinique de transplantation. Il peut charger les cantons ou des tiers d’effectuer des inspections.
2 Les autres compétences et les obligations de coopérer sont réglées aux art. 63, al. 2 et 3, et 64 de la loi sur la transplantation.
1 The FOPH may carry out inspections at any time and inspect all documents and data relating to a clinical trial of transplantation. It may request the cantonal authorities or third parties to carry out inspections.
2 Other powers and duties of cooperation are governed by Article 63 paragraphs 2 and 3 and Article 64 of the Transplantation Act.
