1 Les art. 37 à 41, 43 et 44 sont applicables par analogie aux déclarations et aux rapports relatifs aux essais cliniques de transplantation.49
2 Les obligations qui doivent être observées selon ces dispositions à l’égard de l’institut sont à observer à l’égard de l’OFSP pour les essais cliniques de transplantation.
3 Pour les essais cliniques de transplantation, les obligations en matière de documentation, de traçabilité et de conservation qui incombent au promoteur et à l’investigateur sont réglées par les art. 34 et 35 de la loi sur la transplantation.
