810.301 Ordinance of 20 September 2013 on Human Research with the Exception of Clinical Trials (Human Research Ordinance, HRO)
Art. 39 Autorisation
L’autorisation comporte au moins les indications suivantes:
- a.
- le but dans lequel le matériel biologique et les données personnelles liées à la santé peuvent être réutilisés;
- b.
- la désignation du matériel biologique et des données personnelles liées à la santé qu’englobe l’autorisation;
- c.
- le cercle des personnes habilitées à transmettre le matériel biologique et les données personnelles liées à la santé;
- d.
- le cercle des personnes habilitées à recevoir le matériel biologique et les données personnelles.
Art. 39 Authorisation
The authorisation shall include at least the following information:
- a.
- the purpose for which further use may be made of the biological material and the health-related personal data;
- b.
- the designation of the biological material and health-related personal data covered by the authorisation;
- c.
- the group of persons entitled to pass on the biological material and the health-related personal data;
- d.
- the group of persons entitled to receive the biological material and the personal data.
