Art. 24 Standardisation des types de renseignements et des types de surveillance

1 Le Département fédéral de justice et police (DFJP) procède à la standardisation des types de renseignements et des types de surveillance définis dans la présente ordonnance.

2 S’il apparaît, à la lumière des normes internationales et des clarifications avec les personnes obligées de collaborer, qu’une standardisation est impossible ou qu’elle demanderait une charge de travail disproportionnée, le DFJP y renonce.

Art. 24 Standardisation of types of information and surveillance

1 The Federal Justice and Police Department (FDJP) shall standardise the types of information and surveillance that are defined in this Ordinance.

2 If, based on the international standards and the enquiries made of the persons or entities required to cooperate, it proves impossible or unreasonable to standardise a type of information or surveillance, the FDJP shall dispense with doing so.
