Tout étranger peut être arrêté aux fins d’extradition, soit en vertu d’une demande émanant d’un bureau central national d’Interpol ou du ministère de la justice d’un autre État, soit en vertu d’un signalement international dans un système de recherche.85 L’art. 52, al. 1 et 2, est applicable par analogie.

Foreign nationals may be arrested with a view to extradition on the basis of a request by an Interpol National Central Bureau or the Ministry of Justice of another State or on the basis of an international alert in a police search system.87 Article 52 paragraphs 1 and 2 apply by analogy.
