Art. 33a Droits moraux de l’artiste interprète

1 L’artiste interprète a le droit de faire reconnaître sa qualité d’artiste interprète pour sa prestation.

2 La protection de l’artiste interprète contre les altérations apportées à sa prestation est régie par les art. 28 à 28l du code civil46.

Art. 33a Moral rights of performers

1 Performers have the right to be recognised as such when they perform a work.

2 The protection of performers from derogatory treatment of their performances is subject to Articles 28–28l of the Swiss Civil Code37.
