Art. 829 B. Sociétés coopératives de droit public

Les communautés de droit public poursuivant un but coopératif sont régies par le droit public de la Confédération et des cantons.

Art. 832 1. Content prescribed by law

The articles of association must contain provisions concerning:

the business name and seat of the cooperative;

the objects of the cooperative;

the form of the cooperative’s communications with its members.
