Art. 353 1. Acceptation du produit du travail

1 L’employeur examine le travail livré et signale les défauts au travailleur, au plus tard dans la semaine.

2 Si l’employeur ne signale pas à temps les défauts au travailleur, le travail est considéré comme accepté.

Art. 353 1. Acceptance of completed work

1 The employer must inspect the completed work on delivery and notify the homeworker of any defects within one week.

2 Where the employer fails to notify defects to the homeworker promptly, the work is deemed to have been accepted.
