Si la Confédération fournit, en vertu des dispositions du présent chapitre, une aide sociale à une personne ayant droit à des contributions d’entretien au sens de l’art. 276 ou d’un soutien prévu à l’art. 328 du code civil3 (CC), la DC a qualité pour faire valoir à l’encontre du débiteur d’aliments les droits transférés à la Confédération conformément à l’art. 289, al. 2, ou à l’art. 329, al. 3, CC.
If the Confederation, on the basis of the provisions set out in this Chapter, provides social assistance to a person who is entitled to maintenance contributions in accordance with Article 276 or support in accordance with Article 328 of the Swiss Civil Code3, the CD is entitled, in accordance with Article 289 paragraph 2 and Article 329 paragraph 3 of the Swiss Civil Code, to assert the claims transferred to the Confederation from the maintenance debtor.
