Art. 30 Joint authorship

1 Where two or more persons have participated in the creation of a work (Art. 7), protection expires:

a.
in the case of computer programs, 50 years after the death of the last surviving joint author26;
b.
in the case of all other works, 70 years after the death of the last surviving joint author27.

2 Where the individual contributions may be separated, protection for each contribution expires 50 or 70 years28 respectively after the death of the respective author.

3 In the case of films and other audio-visual works, the calculation of the term of protection is based solely on the date of the death of the director.

Art. 30 Coauturs

1 Sche pliras persunas han contribuì a la creaziun d’ina ovra (art. 7), s’extingua la protecziun:

a.
per programs da computer, 50 onns suenter la mort da la persuna defuncta sco ultima26;
b.
per tut las autras ovras, 70 onns suenter la mort da la persuna defuncta sco ultima27.

2 Sche las singulas contribuziuns sa laschan separar, s’extingua la protecziun da las contribuziuns utilisablas independentamain 50 respectivamain 70 onns28 suenter la mort da l’autur respectiv.

3 En cas da films e d’autras ovras audiovisualas vegn prendì en consideraziun mo il reschissur per calcular la durada da la protecziun.
