958.1 Legge federale del 19 giugno 2015 sulle infrastrutture del mercato finanziario e il comportamento sul mercato nel commercio di valori mobiliari e derivati (Legge sull'infrastruttura finanziaria, LInFi)
Art. 14 IT systems
1 A financial market infrastructure shall operate IT systems which:
- a.
- ensure fulfilment of the duties arising from this Act and are appropriate for its activities;
- b.
- provide for effective emergency arrangements; and
- c.
- ensure the continuity of its business activity.
2 It shall provide for measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information regarding its participants and their transactions.
Art. 14 Sistemi informatici
1 L’infrastruttura del mercato finanziario gestisce sistemi informatici che:
- a.
- garantiscono l’adempimento degli obblighi derivanti dalla presente legge e sono adeguati alla sua attività;
- b.
- dispongono di efficaci misure di emergenza; e
- c.
- assicurano continuità operativa alla sua attività.
2 L’infrastruttura del mercato finanziario prevede misure a tutela dell’integrità e della confidenzialità delle informazioni relative ai suoi partecipanti e alle loro transazioni.
