1 A financial market infrastructure must have an appropriate strategy to be able to maintain or restore operations in good time in the event of disruptions.
2 If a financial market infrastructure holds participants' assets and positions, it must establish appropriate procedures to ensure that these assets and positions can be transferred or settled immediately in the event of the withdrawal or return of authorisation.
1 L’infrastruttura del mercato finanziario deve disporre di una strategia adeguata per mantenere o ripristinare tempestivamente la sua attività al verificarsi di incidenti.
2 Se detiene valori patrimoniali e posizioni di partecipanti, l’infrastruttura del mercato finanziario deve provvedere mediante procedure adeguate affinché tali valori e posizioni possano essere trasferiti o regolati immediatamente in caso di revoca o di restituzione dell’autorizzazione.
