Art. 130 Announcement of the result of the offer and extension of the offer period

1 The offeror must publish the result of the offer upon expiry of the offer period.

2 If the conditions of the offer are met, the offeror must extend the offer period for those holders of shares and other equity securities who have not yet accepted the offer.

Art. 130 Pubblicazione dell’esito dell’offerta e proroga del termine

1 L’offerente deve pubblicare l’esito dell’offerta pubblica di acquisto allo scadere del termine dell’offerta.

2 Se le condizioni dell’offerta sono adempiute, l’offerente deve prorogarne il termine per i detentori di azioni e altri titoli di partecipazione che non l’hanno ancora accettata.
