1 The approved prospectus is to be filed with the reviewing body which approved the prospectus.
2 It may be filed in electronic form. Individual documents and reference documents referred to are to be filed with the same reviewing body and in the same form as the prospectus.
3 Filing must occur by no later than the time of publication.
4 The base prospectus, the final terms relating to securities issued under the base prospectus and any supplements to the prospectus must be filed with the same reviewing body as the approved prospectus.

1 Il prospetto approvato deve essere depositato presso l’organo di verifica che lo ha approvato.
2 Il prospetto può essere depositato in forma elettronica. Singoli documenti e documenti di riferimento ai quali il prospetto rimanda devono essere depositati presso il medesimo organo di verifica e nella stessa forma del prospetto.
3 Il prospetto deve essere depositato al più tardi in occasione della pubblicazione.
4 Il prospetto di base, le condizioni definitive concernenti i valori mobiliari emessi tramite il prospetto di base e i supplementi al prospetto devono essere depositati presso l’organo di verifica dove è depositato il prospetto approvato.
