Art. 14 Register content

1 When registering patent attorneys in the Patent Attorney Register, the IPI shall enter the following particulars:

a.
date of registration;
b.
surname, first name, date of birth and place of origin or citizenship;
c.
address for service or business address in Switzerland; and
d.
name of employer, if applicable.

2 Patent attorneys must notify the IPI immediately of any changes to their registered particulars so that they may be registered in the Patent Attorney Register.

Art. 14 Contenuto del registro

1 L’IPI iscrive i consulenti in brevetti nel registro con le indicazioni seguenti:

a.
la data dell’iscrizione;
b.
il cognome, il nome, la data di nascita e il luogo d’origine o la cittadinanza;
c.
il recapito o l’indirizzo d’affari in Svizzera; e
d.
eventualmente il nome del datore di lavoro.

2 I consulenti in brevetti comunicano senza indugio all’IPI il mutamento dei dati che li riguardano affinché l’iscrizione nel registro possa essere adeguata.
