Art. 10 Verification of data

1 The Cantons have access to the information held in the confidential Register (Art. 5 para. 3) on facilities with installations in accordance with Annex 1 located on their territory.

2 They must verify whether:

a.
the owner or operator has complied with the reporting requirement; and
b.
the reported information is complete, based on standard definitions and comprehensible.

3 If they ascertain that the requirements of this Ordinance have not been fulfilled, they shall notify the FOEN within 3 months of the expiry of the reporting date under Article 4 paragraph 1. The FOEN must order the required measures.

Art. 10 Verifica dei dati

1 I Cantoni hanno accesso alle informazioni contenute nel registro riservato (art. 5 cpv. 3) e riguardanti aziende con impianti di cui all’allegato 1 situati sul loro territorio.

2 Verificano se:

a.
i titolari hanno adempiuto al loro obbligo di notifica; e
b.
le informazioni fornite sono complete, basate su definizioni standardizzate e comprensibili.

3 Qualora constatino che i requisiti fissati nella presente ordinanza non sono rispettati, i Cantoni informano l’UFAM entro tre mesi dalla scadenza del termine di notifica di cui all’articolo 4. L’UFAM ordina le misure necessarie.
