Art. 11 Advice to the general public and cooperation with the Cantons

1 The FOEN shall inform the general public on a regular basis about the PRTR, and provide advice on its use and purpose.

2 It shall ensure a regular exchange of information with the Cantons and shall cooperate with the Cantons in the further development of the PRTR.

Art. 11 Consulenza al pubblico e collaborazione con i Cantoni

1 L’UFAM informa periodicamente il pubblico in merito al PRTR e offre consulenza riguardo alla sua applicazione e al suo scopo.

2 L’UFAM provvede a un regolare scambio di informazioni con i Cantoni e collabora con essi all’ulteriore sviluppo del PRTR.
