Art. 56 Organisation and coordination

1 The cantons shall organise and coordinate activities relating to transplantation in:

a.
hospitals that care for donors;
b.
transplant centres.

2 In particular, they shall ensure that at each of these hospitals and at the transplant centres:

a.
one person is responsible for local coordination;
b.33
the necessary continuing education and training programmes for the medical staff are provided.

3 The person responsible for local coordination shall ensure in particular that:

a.
donors and their families receive appropriate care;
b.
donors are reported to the national organ allocation office (Art. 22).

Art. 56 Organizzazione e coordinamento

1 I Cantoni organizzano e coordinano le attività attinenti ai trapianti:

a.
negli ospedali in cui sono assistiti i donatori;
b.
nei centri di trapianto.

2 Prevedono segnatamente che in ognuno di questi ospedali e centri di trapianto:

a.
vi sia una persona incaricata del coordinamento locale;
b.33
siano svolti i necessari programmi di formazione continua per il personale medico.

3 La persona incaricata del coordinamento locale provvede segnatamente affinché:

a.
i donatori e i loro congiunti siano assistiti adeguatamente;
b.
i donatori siano notificati al servizio nazionale di attribuzione (art. 22).
