Art. 39 Investigation activities ordered by interested parties

1 Interested parties may propose that the Investigation Bureau carry out specific investigation activities.

2 There is no right to have specific investigation activities carried out.

Art. 39 Operazioni d’inchiesta proposte da persone e servizi interessati

1 Le persone e i servizi interessati possono proporre all’ufficio d’inchiesta di svolgere determinate operazioni d’inchiesta.

2 Non vi è un diritto all’esecuzione di determinate operazioni d’inchiesta.
