Art. 23 Coordination with prosecution and administrative authorities

1 The investigation is conducted irrespective of any criminal or administrative proceedings.

2 The prosecution and administrative authorities and the STSB shall coordinate their activities.

3 They shall provide each other with investigation documents, assessments and records free of charge.

Art. 23 Coordinamento con le autorità di perseguimento penale e le autorità amministrative

1 L’inchiesta è svolta indipendentemente da un procedimento penale o amministrativo.

2 Le autorità di perseguimento penale, le autorità amministrative e il SISI coordinano le loro attività.

3 Mettono a reciproca disposizione e a titolo gratuito la documentazione d’inchiesta nonché le valutazioni e le registrazioni.
