Art. 60 Geological report

The geological report must contain the following details:

a.
a description of the geology of the region concerned;
b.
a summary of geological investigations already carried out in the region concerned and accessible to the applicant, together with a summary of the findings obtained from such investigations;
c.
a description of the geological and hydro-geological factors that are decisive for the choice of the region concerned.

Art. 60 Rapporto geologico

Il rapporto geologico contiene in particolare le informazioni seguenti:

a.
una descrizione geologica della regione considerata;
b.
una ricapitolazione delle indagini geologiche già eseguite nella regione considerata alle quali il richiedente ha accesso, come pure un sommario dei risultati acquisiti;
c.
una descrizione dei fattori geologici e idrogeologici che sono stati determinanti nella scelta della regione considerata.
