Art. 59 Investigation programme

The investigation programme must contain details concerning:

a.
the objectives of the investigations;
b.
the anticipated scope of the investigations;
c.
the starting date and expected duration of the investigations.

Art. 59 Programma d’indagine

Il programma d’indagine deve contenere informazioni circa:

a.
gli scopi delle indagini;
b.
l’estensione prevista delle indagini;
c.
l’inizio e la durata prevista delle indagini.
