Art. 35

1 The cantons shall ensure that:

land use plans are drawn up in good time but no later than eight years after this Act has come into force.

3 Land use plans valid at the time this Act comes into force shall retain their validity under cantonal law until they are approved by the competent authority.85

Art. 35

1 I Cantoni provvedono affinché:

i piani d’utilizzazione siano elaborati in tempo utile, o comunque presenti otto anni dopo l’entrata in vigore della legge.

3 I piani d’utilizzazione vigenti al momento dell’entrata in vigore della presente legge rimangono validi secondo il diritto cantonale fintanto che non saranno approvati dall’autorità competente.87
