Art. 25 Park authority

1 The park authority must have the legal form, organisation and financial resources that guarantee the establishment, operation and quality assurance of the park.

2 Communes located within the perimeter of the park must be properly represented in the park authority.

3 In relation to the establishment and management of the park, the park authority must:

a.
guarantee the participation of the local population;
b.
enable the participation of interested businesses and organisations in the region.

Art. 25 Ente responsabile del parco

1 L’ente responsabile del parco deve disporre di una forma giuridica, di una struttura e di risorse finanziarie che garantiscano l’istituzione, la gestione e l’assicurazione della qualità.

2 I Comuni il cui territorio è incluso nel parco devono essere rappresentati in modo determinante nell’ente responsabile del parco.

3 Nell’ambito dell’istituzione e della gestione del parco, l’ente responsabile deve:

a.
garantire la partecipazione della popolazione;
b.
rendere possibile la partecipazione delle imprese e delle organizzazioni della regione interessate.
