Art. 15 Accreditation decision

1 The Accreditation Council shall base its decision on institutional accreditation or programme accreditation on the accreditation agency’s proposal, the self-assessment report, the report of the group of experts and the statement of the higher education institution or other institution within the higher education sector.

2 The Accreditation Council may:

a.
grant accreditation unconditionally;
b.
grant accreditation subject to conditions;
c.
refuse accreditation.

3 It shall, in the context of the accreditation decision, determine the deadline and means of verifying whether the conditions have been met.

4 It shall notify the higher education institution or other institution within the higher education sector and accreditation agency about it.

Art. 15 Decisione relativa all’accreditamento

1 Il Consiglio di accreditamento decide, sulla base della proposta dell’agenzia di accreditamento, del rapporto di autovalutazione, del rapporto del gruppo di esperti e del parere della scuola universitaria o dell’altro istituto accademico, in merito all’accreditamento istituzionale o all’accreditamento di programmi.

2 Il Consiglio di accreditamento può:

a.
concedere l’accreditamento senza oneri;
b.
concedere l’accreditamento vincolato a oneri;
c.
respingere l’accreditamento.

3 Nel quadro della decisione relativa all’accreditamento stabilisce il termine e le modalità di verifica dell’adempimento degli oneri.

4 Informa la scuola universitaria o l’altro istituto accademico e l’agenzia di accreditamento in merito alla sua decisione.
