Art. 17 Registration fee

1 The registration fee must be paid within the time limit set by the IPI (Art. 19 para. 2 DesA).

2 The registration fee consists of:

a.
the basic fee;
b.
the publication fee, where applicable;
c. and d.21 ...

4 If the registration is to be published after expiry of the deferment period, the publication fee must be paid prior to publication.23

Art. 17 di registrazione

1 Entro il termine fissato dall’IPI, va pagato la tassa di registrazione (art. 19 cpv. 2 della LDes).

2 La tassa di registrazione si compone:

a.
della tassa di base;
b.
eventualmente della tassa per la pubblicazione;
c. e d.23 ...

4 Qualora la registrazione debba essere pubblicata dopo la scadenza del differimento, prima della pubblicazione va pagata la tassa per la pubblicazione.25
