Art. 38 Information on applications for registration

1 The IPI shall provide third parties with information on applications for registration including withdrawn or rejected applications.74

2 The information shall be limited to:

a.
details which are published when a trade mark is registered;
b.
details of the reasons for the refusal of an application.75

Art. 38 Informazioni su domande di registrazione

1 L’IPI dà informazioni a terzi sulle domande di registrazione, comprese le domande ritirate o respinte.74

2 Le informazioni sono limitate a:

a.
le indicazioni pubblicate in caso di registrazione del marchio;
b.
le indicazioni sui motivi del rifiuto di una domanda.75
