Art. 19 Registration and publication

1 If there are no grounds for refusal, the IPI shall register the trade mark in the Trade Mark Register and publish the registration.

2 It will provide the proprietor of the trade mark with a confirmation of the registration. The confirmation shall include the information entered in the Register.45

Art. 19 Registrazione e pubblicazione

1 Se non vi sono motivi di rifiuto, l’IPI registra il marchio e pubblica la registrazione.

2 L’IPI conferma la registrazione al titolare del marchio. La conferma contiene le indicazioni iscritte nel registro.47
