Art. 30 Joint authorship

1 Where two or more persons have participated in the creation of a work (Art. 7), protection expires:

a.
in the case of computer programs, 50 years after the death of the last surviving joint author26;
b.
in the case of all other works, 70 years after the death of the last surviving joint author27.

2 Where the individual contributions may be separated, protection for each contribution expires 50 or 70 years28 respectively after the death of the respective author.

3 In the case of films and other audio-visual works, the calculation of the term of protection is based solely on the date of the death of the director.

Art. 30 Coautori

1 Se l’opera è stata creata da più persone (art. 7), la protezione si estingue:

a.
50 anni dopo la morte dell’ultimo coautore superstite per i programmi per computer;27
b.
70 anni dopo la morte dell’ultimo coautore superstite per ogni altro genere di opere.28

2 Se i singoli contributi possono essere disgiunti, la protezione dei contributi utilizzabili singolarmente si estingue 50, rispettivamente 70 anni dopo la morte dell’autore.29

3 Per calcolare la durata di protezione delle pellicole cinematografiche e di altre opere audiovisive è presa in considerazione soltanto la data di morte del regista.
