Art. 329f 4. Maternity leave

1 After having given birth, a female employee is entitled to maternity leave of at least 14 weeks.

2 In the event of the hospitalisation of the new-born child, the maternity leave shall be extended by the extended period of payment of the maternity allowance.137

Art. 329f 4. Congedo di maternità

1 Dopo il parto la lavoratrice ha diritto a un congedo di maternità di almeno 14 settimane.

2 In caso di degenza ospedaliera del neonato, il congedo di maternità è prolungato in misura equivalente al prolungamento della durata del versamento dell’indennità di maternità.139
