Art. 58d Record-keeping and reporting duty

(Art. 73c para. 3 FinMIA)

1 Private participants are exempt from the record-keeping duty under Article 38 of the FinMIA and the reporting duty under Article 39 of the FinMIA.

2 Articles 36 and 37 of this Ordinance apply by analogy to the other participants.

Art. 58d Obligation d’enregistrer et obligation de déclarer

(art. 73c, al. 3, LIMF)

1 Les participants privés ne sont pas soumis à l’obligation d’enregistrer de l’art. 38 LIMF et à l’obligation de déclarer de l’art. 39 LIMF.

2 Pour les autres participants, les art. 36 et 37 de la présente ordonnance s’appliquent par analogie.
