1 During the analysis conducted by the Reporting Office under Article 23 paragraph 2, the financial intermediary shall execute customer orders relating to the assets reported under Article 9 paragraph 1 letter a of this Act or under Article 305ter paragraph 2 SCC61.
2 The financial intermediary shall execute customer orders involving significant assets solely in a form that allows the prosecution authorities to follow their trail.62

1 Pendant l’analyse effectuée par le bureau de communication selon l’art. 23, al. 2, l’intermédiaire financier exécute les ordres des clients portant sur les valeurs patrimoniales communiquées en vertu de l’art. 9, al. 1, let. a, de la présente loi ou en vertu de l’art. 305ter, al. 2, CP61.
2 Il n’exécute les ordres du client qui portent sur d’importantes valeurs patrimoniales que sous une forme permettant aux autorités de poursuite pénale d’en suivre la trace.62
