814.911 Ordonnance du 10 septembre 2008 sur l'utilisation d'organismes dans l'environnement (Ordonnance sur la dissémination dans l'environnement, ODE)
Art. 39 Simplified licensing procedure
1 If the conditions of Article 22 have been fulfilled, the FOEN shall carry out a simplified licensing procedure.
2 It may in particular:
- a.
- waive the need to submit the documentation in accordance with Article 19 paragraph 2 letters b, c, f and g, or in accordance with Article 20 paragraph 2 letters b, c and f, or Article 21 paragraph 2 letters b, c and f;
- b.
- shorten the deadlines for statements to be submitted.
Art. 39 Procédure d’autorisation simplifiée
1 L’OFEV effectue une procédure d’autorisation simplifiée si les conditions de l’art. 22 sont remplies.
2 Il peut en particulier:
- a.
- renoncer à la remise des documents énumérés aux art. 19, al. 2, let. b, c, f et g, 20, al. 2, let. b, c et f, ou 21, al. 2, let. b, c et f;
- b.
- raccourcir les délais fixés pour l’avis.
