Art. 55e Procedural costs

If the organisation loses the proceedings, it is liable for the costs of conducting the appeal before the federal authorities.

Art. 55e Frais de procédure

L’organisation qui succombe supporte les frais de la procédure de recours auprès des autorités fédérales.
