Art. 38 Supervision and coordination

1 The Confederation supervises the enforcement of this Act.

2 It coordinates the enforcement measures of the cantons and of its own institutions and establishments.

3 The Federal Council decides on the methods of testing, measurement and calculation to be applied.

Art. 38 Surveillance et coordination

1 La Confédération surveille l’application de la présente loi.

2 Elle coordonne les mesures d’exécution des cantons ainsi que celles de ses propres établissements et exploitations.

3 Le Conseil fédéral fixe les méthodes d’examen, de mesure et de calcul.
