The Swiss Expert Committee for Biosafety and the Federal Ethics Committee on Non-human Biotechnology (Art. 22 and 23 of the Gene Technology Act of 21 March 200342) advise the Federal Council on the issue of regulations and on the enforcement of provisions on organisms.

Art. 29g Commissions consultatives

La Commission fédérale d’experts pour la sécurité biologique et la Commission fédérale d’éthique pour la biotechnologie dans le domaine non humain (art. 22 et 23 de la loi du 21 mars 2003 sur le génie génétique44) conseillent le Conseil fédéral dans l’élaboration de prescriptions et dans l’exécution des dispositions sur les organismes.
