813.11 Ordonnance du 5 juin 2015 sur la protection contre les substances et les préparations dangereuses (Ordonnance sur les produits chimiques, OChim)
Art. 72 Register of products
1 The Notification Authority shall maintain a register of substances and preparations that fall within the scope of the following Ordinances:
- a.
- this Ordinance;
- b.
- the ORRChem117;
- c.
- the Biocidal Products Ordinance of 18 May 2005118;
- d.
- the Plant Protection Products Ordinance of 12 May 2010119.
2 The register shall be compiled on the basis of data:
- a.
- that has been collected or produced by a Swiss authority under one of the ordinances cited in paragraph 1;
- b.
- that is made available by foreign authorities or by international organisations.
Art. 72 Registre des produits
1 L’organe de réception des notifications tient un registre des substances et des préparations qui tombent sous le coup des actes législatifs suivants:
- a.
- la présente ordonnance;
- b.
- l’ORRChim120;
- c.
- l’ordonnance du 18 mai 2005 sur les produits biocides121;
- d.
- l’ordonnance du 12 mai 2010 sur les produits phytosanitaires122.
2 Le registre est établi en fonction des données:
- a.
- qui ont été recueillies ou traitées par une autorité suisse dans le cadre d’une des ordonnances visées à l’al. 1;
- b.
- qui sont transmises par des autorités étrangères ou par des organismes internationaux.
