Art. 53 Principle

For clinical trials of therapeutic products in humans, the Human Research Act of 30 September 2011119 applies in addition to the provisions of this Act.

Art. 53 Principe

La réalisation d’essais cliniques de produits thérapeutiques sur l’être humain se fonde sur la présente loi et sur la loi du 30 septembre 2011 relative à la recherche sur l’être humain121.
