Art. 38 Notification and reporting to Swissmedic

For category C clinical trials, the notifications and reports specified in Articles 35–37 must also be submitted to Swissmedic.

Art. 38 Déclaration et rapport à Swissmedic

Pour les essais cliniques de catégorie C, les déclarations et les rapports visés aux art. 35 à 37 sont également remis à Swissmedic.
