810.305 Ordonnance du 20 septembre 2013 sur les essais cliniques hors essais cliniques de dispositifs médicaux (Ordonnance sur les essais cliniques, OClin)
Art. 11 Extension of the limitation period
The limitation period for compensation claims in respect of damage:
- a.
- attributable to the use of ionising radiation is governed by Article 40 of the Radiological Protection Act of 22 March 199124;
- b.
- attributable to the use of genetically modified organisms is governed by Article 32 of the Gene Technology Act of 21 March 200325.
Art. 11 Prolongation du délai de prescription
La prescription pour le droit à l’indemnisation des dommages dus à:
- a.
- l’application de rayons ionisants est réglée par l’art. 40 de la loi du 22 mars 1991 sur la radioprotection26;
- b.
- l’utilisation d’organismes génétiquement modifiés est réglée par l’art. 32 de la loi du 21 mars 2003 sur le génie génétique27.
