Art. 40 Notifications

1 The project leader must notify the ethics committee in advance of any changes to the information given in the authorisation.

2 The project leader must notify the ethics committee of the completion or discontinuation of the collection process within 90 days.

Art. 40 Annonces

1 La direction du projet doit annoncer au préalable à la commission d’éthique toute modification des indications mentionnées dans l’autorisation.

2 Elle annonce la fin ou l’arrêt de la collecte à la commission d’éthique dans les 90 jours.
