Art. 2 Applicable provisions

The provisions concerning scientific integrity and scientific quality set out in Articles 3 and 4 of the Ordinance of 20 September 20132 on Clinical Trials (ClinO) apply mutatis mutandis.

Art. 2 Dispositions applicables

Les dispositions sur l’intégrité scientifique et la qualité scientifique selon les art. 3 et 4 de l’ordonnance du 20 septembre 2013 sur les essais cliniques (OClin)2 sont applicables par analogie.
