The Secretariat shall within ten days provide the notifying parties with written confirmation that it has received the notification and that it is complete. In cases where the information or documents are incomplete on any material point, the Secretariat shall within the same period request the notifying undertakings to supplement the notification.
Le secrétariat délivre dans les dix jours aux entreprises notifiantes un accusé de réception de la notification et une attestation écrite selon laquelle la notification est complète. Si les informations ou les documents annexes sont incomplets sur un point essentiel, il invite dans le même délai les entreprises notifiantes à compléter la notification.
