192.12 Loi fédérale du 22 juin 2007 sur les privilèges, les immunités et les facilités, ainsi que sur les aides financières accordés par la Suisse en tant qu'État hôte (Loi sur l'État hôte, LEH)
Art. 7 International institutions
An international institution may be accorded privileges, immunities and facilities if it:
- a.
- has structures similar to those of an intergovernmental organisation;
- b.
- performs functions of a governmental nature or functions typically assigned to an intergovernmental organisation; and
- c.
- enjoys international recognition in the international legal order, and in particular under an international treaty, a resolution of an intergovernmental organisation or a policy document adopted by a group of States.
Art. 7 Institutions internationales
Une institution internationale peut bénéficier de privilèges, d’immunités et de facilités aux conditions suivantes:
- a.
- elle dispose de structures similaires à celles d’une organisation intergouvernementale;
- b.
- elle accomplit des tâches étatiques ou habituellement dévolues à une organisation intergouvernementale;
- c.
- elle jouit d’une reconnaissance internationale dans l’ordre juridique international, notamment par un traité international, une résolution d’une organisation intergouvernementale ou par un document politique agréé par un groupe d’États.
