Art. 67h Default interest

(Art. 70b para. 1 RTVA)

Default interest shall be invoiced by the FTA when the amount of interest exceeds 100 francs. The foregoing does not apply if the debt is claimed as part of compulsory enforcement proceedings. The invoice is sent out electronically.

Art. 67h Verzugszins

(Art. 70b Abs. 1 RTVG)

Verzugszinsen werden von der ESTV ab einem Zinsbetrag von 100 Franken in Rechnung gestellt. Dies gilt nicht, wenn die Forderung im Rahmen des Zwangsvollstreckungsverfahrens geltend gemacht wird. Die Rechnung wird elektronisch gestellt.
