Art. 67g Transfer of the fee

(Art. 70a RTVA)

1 The FTA shall transfer the net revenue from the corporate fee collected to OFCOM each month or submit an invoice to OFCOM in the case of surplus expenditure.

2 The net revenue comprises the fees invoiced in the accounting year plus default interest and also takes account of:

a.
the bad debt losses;
b.
the FTA’s operating costs for collecting the fee.
c.
the refunds in terms of Article 67f.

Art. 67g Überweisung der Abgabe

(Art. 70a RTVG)

1 Die ESTV überweist den Nettoertrag aus der Erhebung der Unternehmensabgabe monatlich an das BAKOM oder stellt diesem bei einem Aufwandüberschuss Rechnung.

2 Der Nettoertrag umfasst die im Rechnungsjahr in Rechnung gestellten Abgaben und Verzugszinsen und berücksichtigt ausserdem:

a.
die Debitorenverluste;
b.
die Betriebskosten der ESTV für die Erhebung der Abgabe;
c.
die Rückerstattungen nach Artikel 67f.
