Art. 67f Refund

Undertakings with less than one million francs in turnover shall be refunded the fee on request provided in the financial year for which the fee is charged:

a.
they made a profit that is less than one tenth of the amount of the fee; or
b.
they made a loss.

Art. 67f Rückerstattung

Unternehmen mit weniger als einer Million Franken Umsatz wird die Abgabe auf Gesuch hin zurückerstattet, sofern sie im Geschäftsjahr, für welches die Abgabe erhoben wurde:

a.
einen Gewinn erzielten, der weniger als das Zehnfache der Abgabe beträgt; oder
b.
einen Verlust auswiesen.
